The team were very professional and thorough! They made sure that we understood what the plan was and the rationale behind the plan. Plus the two gentlemen Joel and Amires had very high standards in their work ethic! They made sure that everything was clean once they finished with the job site. Furthermore, the admin team had very good communication. 10/10 would recommend!

I had a burst water pipe & woke up to a backyard full of water. Called TM at 8:15am, and a plumber arrived by 9:45am. This was the second time I'd used TM- first was when my hot water service blew up at 6pm one evening in the middle of winter. Had a new one installed by midday the next day. Both times they were professional, courteous, and navigated around us in our home (WFH, kids etc). They kept us updated with what they were doing, and were transparent about everything. Price was very reasonable too It's nice to find a plumbing company that cares about its customers. Highly recommend!
